Company

Great products, unknown companies. We fix the second part.

Proventa builds the matching layer for manufacturers who export. Customs records already say who imports your category. We turn them into a shortlist, a first message, and a pipeline your sales team actually runs.

Why Proventa exists

The better product loses to the bigger sales team.

A manufacturer with the better part loses the order to one with more people making calls. Not because the buyer compared them. Because the buyer never heard the name.

That is arithmetic, not effort. Finding buyers abroad costs headcount: someone to find the company, find the person, write in their language, follow up for months. Thirty people against three hundred lose before the first call.

The answer is already on record. Every import is declared at the border, so the companies buying a category are knowable. What was missing was anything that turns those records into one checkable answer for one factory's catalogue.

So that is what we build. Not a sales team for hire. Software, so the same work serves a hundred manufacturers at once and finding the next buyer stops costing the next hire.

What we hold

The software is ours. The data is not.

Everything the product runs on is either public, the customer's, or ours to look after for a while. Customs records are public. A catalogue, a set of certifications and a pipeline of conversations belong to the manufacturer who brought them. The buyer data we assemble in between is held for one job: matching it to the catalogue it was assembled for. We license the software. We are not in the business of what passes through it.

Used for the match, never for sale. A list can be sold to anyone. A match is only worth something to the manufacturer it was made for, and we keep it that way. Nothing we hold about buyers is rented out, resold, or fed into a model that then goes to work on someone else's catalogue.

One room per customer. What you hand over answers your questions and nobody else's. It never meets another customer's catalogue, and it never reaches another company unless you and that company have arranged it between yourselves. You decide what your data is for. We do that, and not something else.

A reason beside every pair of eyes. Nobody at Proventa opens a customer's pipeline because their role allows it. They open it for a stated reason, the reason sits on record next to the access, and the access closes when the reason has run out. Anyone asking later can see who looked, at what, and why.

The least about a person that makes the message possible. Most of what we hold describes companies: what they import, how large they are, what they are in the business of. Where it comes down to a person, the buyer who would read a first message, we keep only what that message needs, and we treat it as personal data for as long as it could be traced back to them, whatever has been stripped out.

How we work

The list we reach for when a call is close.

We work on one problem

Manufacturers rarely lose on the product. They lose because the buyer who needs them never finds them. Closing that distance is the only work we take on, and it counts only when the customer's own export numbers move.

Tools, not extra hands

Putting a person on every account also gets paid, but then every new customer needs another hire. We build tools that run on their own, and the buyer data we hold is used for matching — never sold as a list.

Drafts are fast, judgment is not

Reversible decisions ship without a meeting; only pricing, contracts, brand and customer data get one. AI writes the first draft, a person signs off on anything that leaves the building, and what we settle gets written down.

We say what we cannot do

In front of a customer we are a partner, not a vendor: what we cannot do we say plainly, and what we can we promise with a date on it. A recommendation nobody took teaches us more than a closed deal, so we keep that too.
