What happens to what you send us
This site has one form. This page says what the form collects, who else touches it, and how to have it deleted. There is nothing else to disclose.

Who holds the data

What we collect
Two things, and only these.
- What you type into the Early access form — your company, your name, your work email, and your description of what you make. Nothing on the form is optional and nothing is pre-filled.
- The ordinary record of a web request — your IP address, your browser's user agent and the time. Our host keeps these, and the form uses the IP address to stop the same sender flooding it.
What we do with it
We read your request and reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to build a profile, to score you, or to contact you about anything you did not ask about.
Who else handles it
Four services, each doing one job:
- Resend delivers the form as an email to us.
- Notion stores the submission so we can track our reply.
- Vercel hosts this site and keeps the request logs.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this page uses, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
These providers operate outside Korea, so your details are stored on servers abroad. We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Submissions are kept for 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted. Request logs are kept for as long as our host retains them, which is a matter of weeks.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker — which is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.
What you can ask for
Email support@proventainc.com and ask to see the copy of your submission we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also object to us holding it at all. We act on the request and write back within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You do not have to explain why.
If this page changes
The date at the top moves and the new version replaces this one. If a change affects what we do with details already sent to us, we will say so by email to the address you gave.
